Jalebis are my favourite sweet dish. One of the reasons why I am overweight is the sweets I consume.
I just made something up which I thought might balance the sweetness of the Jalebis.
I broke up some jalebis and dropped them in curds mixed it well and left it overnight. The next day it really tasted great and the guilt of having too many jalebis was quashed forever.
You can put it in some nice bowls and leave overnight. Also you can garnish with pieces of Jalebis the next day on top so you have some crunchy pieces up and soft soggy ones inside the desert.
Anyway its just something different if anyone is interested
