Ingredients:
2 bowls(small) besan
1 tsp citric acid
1 tsp soda
1 tsp sugar
salt per taste.
Method: Mix warm water with besan . Add salt . Dissolve citric acid and sugar in water and add. Dissolve soda in 4-5 tsp oil and add spoon by spoon. Steam the dhokla in cooker for 15 minutes.
Remove from cooker and cut into cubes and lay on a steel thali.
Temper some mustard seed and curry leaves over hot oil and pour over the dhoklas. serve hot or cold
