Well.. I am not going to give recipes.. but housewives and even bachelors will be happy to know that the Parampara mixes are great...
I have tested the following
1- Butter chicken 2- chicken Kholapuri 3- channa mix 4- chkn Tandoori etc.
they have all turned out be great and gives authentic taste.. nd cooking is so easy.. just cut the chicken, mix the masala and cook.. normally the Ready To Eat mixes have the same taste due to the preservatives added but Parampara is different.. i guess they use less preservatives and since the mixes are dry and in oil, it doesnt need preservatives..

Bought them last week, from CC and it was an instant hit. We bought the butter chicken masala and it was jus perfect.
They hav other curry mixes, too. Biwi wants to try out the normal Chicken Curry Masala mix (to see wat the diff is) and the Kohlapuri one......soon.

no.. not from our company.. but I dont mind rcving some special gift from them since I am advertising their product for free..
we bought a few with us to GOC too..

BTW, u can use these mixes to create some good veg dishes too....
and even Prawns...
